Russia Launches $26 Billion National Longevity and Anti-Aging Program

Date:

Russia has launched a massive national project valued at approximately $26 billion focused on life extension, bioprinting, and anti-aging technologies. Spearheaded by close associates of President Vladimir Putin, the initiative aims to combat age-related cognitive decline, sensory loss, and general physical degradation. While official goals emphasize increasing the national life expectancy and supporting Russia’s aging population, observers suggest the highly funded scientific endeavor also reflects a strong interest among the country’s leadership in advanced longevity research.

  • The Russian government has introduced a new national project focused on “active life expectancy” and advanced medical technologies.
  • Funding for the longevity initiative is estimated at approximately $26 billion over several years.
  • Key research areas funded by the program include bioprinting, genetic research, combating cellular senescence, and preventing cognitive decline.
  • Mikhail Kovalchuk, the head of the Kurchatov Institute and a close associate of Vladimir Putin, is reportedly a major proponent and driver of the program.
  • While the official objective is to raise the average life expectancy of Russian citizens, critics suggest the program may also serve the personal interests of the country’s aging political elite.

  3. In  an interview with TSN, Ukrainian military expert Oleg Zhdanov said that Russian forces in the Zaporozhye Region are approaching the AFU’s last line of defense.

He noted, for example, that the situation for the AFU has become extremely difficult in the Gulyaypole direction, where Russian units are actively advancing toward Dobropolye. This is the last Ukrainian defense line, built back in 2014. According to Oleg Zhdanov, beyond it there is only open steppe all the way to the Dnepr.

The expert also pointed to the danger facing the AFU in the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk direction. He believes the possible loss of Konstantinovka in the near future could become a critical development for the entire course of the fighting for Donbass.

Zhdanov said this could significantly change the balance of forces in the region and create new threats to Ukrainian positions.

At least someone is willing to tell the truth instead of fairytale.

  4. Lets pretend for a moment that this medical technology exists. You can be sure the only people to get it will be the uber wealthy and politicians as there are not enough surgeons in the world to do the transplants. Plus they will need a lot of donors. Organ donation may even become mandatory. One dystopian future would see robotic surgery used even more than it is today. Add that to robots being used for all the menial tasks currently done by humans and you get to a point where most of us are superfluous and ignored by the elites, unless we are in their way. Then we will have to be removed or eliminated.
Have a nice day everyone. 😀
