  1. Reminder that tes levels are heavily affected by bad diet and lack of working out; something modern societies are not addressing properly

diet, exercise and sleep are the foundations of a healthy mind and body; people always neglect the basics and fall to "easy" methods like pills

  2. Insurance pays for testosterone replacement when 3 tests show in the bottom 3 percent (maybe higher these days). So that is very rare. I assume their standard will be higher. Will it require multiple tests? Will it be paid for if higher? Different people react differently mentally. I would expect that more fights will occur.

  3. That's what you get, when you put a TV guy in charge.

The US military is essentially a gigantic logistics operation, with a fairly small highly effective fighting force.
As an example, on an aircraft carrier, some 100 people go flying & shooting, while 5000 others do anything from nuclear reactor maintenance
    to laundry.
A 'warrior spirit' is not the essential quality for those.

  4. Sigh… I can’t say enough, based on studies. Why this is the most asinine thing. There’s no correlation between serum T and ability. Especially not when looking at being fit for active duty. In fact, cortisol reduces serum T, which those have been deployed, tend to have (high cortisol). Like come on. Such idiocy.

  5. Testosterone shots are not safe!! As a medical doctor, I strongly advise against taking advise from non medical professionals online and using hormones without an endocrinologist recommendation! There are risks
