The US has solid intelligence from within the Kremlin that Putin was planning an October attack on NATO to influence the US Midterm elections. NATO needs its European Members to organize and integrate their Brigades into 6 Corps regionally based with separate missions. Each Corps will have 3 Divisions containing 4 Brigades each. Artillery and Support/Specialty Units would be additional Units.
