  1. Please
Apart from the Headlines this Story is making, what has to be Questioned/Answered is WHO came up with the Idea of Appointing Mandelson as Britains Ambassador to Washington.
Even the Dogs in the Street Cock a Leg with the mention of the name Peter Mandelson.
    Please

  2. Mandelson failed the security vetting due to suspicious connections with Russia. There may have been overlap with Epstein as he is also suspected of being an agent. However rejecting Mandelson may have aroused suspicion with Mandelson and Russia, so the logical decision may have been to approve it to maintain surveillance. As you can imagine, there are a large number of people in the foreign service and government that are functioning as agents, so this is not unusual. If you asked yourself how many UK citizens are providing information to the US security services, how many do you think there are?

  3. Why is Starmer so disliked in Britain? It's somewhat understandable when you consider that he's sometimes compared to former Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba. Before becoming prime minister, Ishiba seemed like a good person.🤣

  4. It all stems from Starmer’s judgment to appoint Mandleson who was a known bad character. Why is the focus on the symptoms rather than the root of the shocking issue.
If you make a bad decision then nothing good will come of it.
Starmer had made a catastrophic error and the ripples are shocking too.
    He needs to resign

  5. We should be careful to not over emphasize the security vetting or Epstein himself. Epstein certainly seems like a successful power player. He knows how to make the words and push the buttons. But he was enabled and supported by a state security service, so that wasn't him. I would compare Epstein to Averill Harriman. He was ambassador to Russia, and one of the most successful business persons in US history. However, he was compromised and essentially a useful idiot for Russia. The foreign service can be a distasteful profession, occupied by some people who are of commensurate character.

  6. This comment goes against all my principles over the last few years.. I have refused to have the BBC in my house whatsoever but this question is absolutely ridiculous because the answer is in the BBC broadcasting company to allow untruth to be published
    Shame again for the BBC..

  7. How, with supportive gaslighting that the likes of Kuensberg have been spreading about Starmer all along. The two "experts" forgotten to tell their hapless viewers that Lammy, streeting, McSweeney, Simmons and other government ministers are protoges and associates of Mandelson…

  8. Mandelson's Vetting should have been uppermost in Starmer's mind and had he been alert
he would have been asking questions for a progress report. He wasn't on the case and is now blaming others. Disgraceful !!

  9. So everyone, at each level, just slipped upon layer upon layer of bureaucratic banana skins and, really, nobody is ultimately responsible for anything that transpires because that's the process. Nobody said, at any point, Mr S, your pants are on fire, just in case he hadn't noticed. He knew on Tuesday.

  10. I GUESS EPSTEIN TOLD KWERE TO APPOINT MANDY AS AMBASSADOR TO THE USA to sell him confidential cabinet info and earn $ millions for both Kwere and Mandy (his husband has expensive lifestyle to maintain).

  11. "like a credit check for a bank"

so, which of your family members as junior pupils acted as personal servants to an earl of such&such or a duke of gloryglory, carrying out menial tasks like cleaning studies, running errands, or preparing food, which historically used to teach service and discipline, often involving abuse, while at eton?
