  1. People voted for Labour not Starmer nobody as said this, Starmer was disliked by majority of people, If I'm wrong think have you ever met anyone that likes him in the last 5 years before he was prime minister and after, THINK.????

  2. The dirt that typified the Starmer team has now got one of its specialists (Josh Simons) at the Burnham side, it will not be an orderly change at the helm, it will be an ugly scene the likes we've never seen in UK politics Much to Laura and Paddy's delight

  3. Starmer’s ego will get the better of him and he will throw all his toys out of the pram once he knows that the PLP hate him and won’t support him…he will call a GE out of spite! 😂

  4. Laura doing her sly best to cast subtle barbs Burnham's way, the male presenter doing the same too….Listen Laura….The vast majority of progressive-minded people in Britain are far more concerned with getting a leader who can actively take the battle to Reform and hopefully at least have a chance of seeing off a bona-fide Far Right cabal taking power, than they are with exhibitions of feigned 'shock-horror' from you about the informal non-constitutional mechanics involved here….Politics has become far more polarised, timescales are not so relevant anymore, when the energy desiring change starts to manifest like a huge storm, change organically comes, thats how it is in UK politics in 2026, like it or not….Why you'd want to just say it's ''highly likely'' rather than a total certainty Laura, only you know….Go and watch Rory Stewart and Alistair Campbell's latest podcast where you will see a far superior level of intellectual discourse and dissection of this subject and I say that as someone who's disagreed with both of them politically for years…They don't hold back from stating this is a certainty but their analysis of the whole scenario is so far above this sorry podcast, it's embarrassing….

  5. Let us analyze the 2024 election data, not statistics ("There are Lies, Damned Lies and then Statistics"). Labour under Sir Keir Starmer KC won seatslide not landslide. It was a shallow victory. In 2024, Sir Keir Starmer KC got half a million votes less than Coryn in 2019 and nearly three million votes less than what Jeremy Corbyn got in 2017. even Sir Keir Starmer KC's individual majority was drastically reduced in his constituency. in 2024, it was a shallow victory. Moreover, Sir Keir Starmer KC is an immoral and corrupt person. The whole shameless episode of Peter Mandelson bear witness to that. Sir Keir Starmer KC is a tool used by Establishment to destroy Corbyn movement. Psuedo-Journalists like Laura Kuenssberg besmirched Jeremy Corbyn by spreading lies.

  6. This stupid media What difference does it make who will the next PM ,,
He will be the 6th PM in ONE DECADE!! No body can save UK economy!
No body can solve UK unemployment and Homelessness !
Stop ans Avoid pay your Extortion BBC Annual License fees of £180.00

  7. Even the media are in Denial….he is gone! How it happens is irrelevant…he,s gone…People keep saying we don’t know what Andy stands for….Sir Kier has been in two years and nobody knows what he stands for..same same.

  8. Kier Starmer wasn’t on my ballot sheet and I,m not a Labour member which means the Labour Party has the Mandate and not the individual….otherwise when a PM passes in office we would need to hold a General election….we don’t do that.

  9. The KON (King of North) & his LON (Ladies of North, led by Lou Haigh & Polly & Maskell & Jess, etc), March into London on 22/6/26 to end 34 yrs of Neo-Libs London focused Greed since 1992.

Will the working class Red wall finally get investment, so cruelly denied for 3 decades by the liberal London rich elites ?

The KON & LON is the first force to defeat Nigels Teal Army.

Can they stop all working class falling under the spell of Nigels Teals ?

The North (Scotland, N.Ireland, Wales, NW, NE, & the Brexit Mecca of the Midlands, all blame London for the Rise of Nigels Teals & the division of UK.

Working class are literally surviving on one meal a day whilst Londons elites eat well.

If John Smith had become PM in 1997, then UK would be a happier place now.

Burnham will become the first proper Northern PM since Wilson.

Blair & Brown dont count, cuz Tony was the son of a big Tory & he loved Mrs T & the v v rich.

Gordon was never elected by voters.

The Makerfield win, was amazing. Lou Haigh & the LON showed how effective the Ladies of the North are at winning elections.

To get a Brexit stronghold to vote for Lab, is an amazing win.

They will not repeat Browns mistake of 2007. Cuz the new boss bounce usually only lasts upto 6 months. That means Burnham will call a snap GE at xmas, when Nigels Teals are at thier weakest. They like to party at xmas in Spain.

Teal campaigners are formidable but old. Retired military & cops, who like to deliver leaflets from March to Nov.

Old bones dont like the freezing wet cold of UK winters.

  10. Sixth PM in 10 years? UK has become as bad as Italy, Belgium and Finland. In that order. Embarrassing. Obviously, Labour hasn’t learned the lessons of the chaos of the Conservatives and UK looks like an unstable country. Andy Burnham isn’t going to do anything and sounds like how Boris Johnson got into power selling the same nonsense and his party had to sack him. UK needs stability not constant change of leadership where policy changes every 5 minutes. I’m sick of politicians putting their jobs before country. Burnham is going to spend lots of money on socialist ideas and the UK bond markets don’t trust him.

  11. Fundamentally, Starmer was a bad choice for leader because he was politically blank: A hollow figurehead for neo-liberal idealists who lied during the Labour leadership to gain power, then purged the party ahead of an election victory by default as their main rival imploded (less votes than Labour got in the 2019 election, so hardly a mandate).

This is why you need a competent national news broadcaster, because if the BBC had properly looked into the 'Labour Together' movement when Corbyn was in power, they could have exposed it as the nefarious faction it was and we could have avoided this Labour embarrassment.

  12. I ideally would love all of this to be done by PMQs otherwise the government is basically gifting Kemi Badenoch San own goal as she could use all her questions on Burnham
