  1. IF Israel discontinuing it's action in Lebannon was part of the terms of the deal with the US THEN given that Israel is not a party to the deal, it was foolish of Trump and the US negotiators to have accepted these terms to be in the deal. How are they going to prevent Israel from continuing with their campaign in Lebanon? The US could stop supplying them missiles and other military hardware, especially for their Iron Dome, but that wouldn't prevent Israel from carrying on in Lebanon, at least in the short term. How else will the US hold back Israel? It would be ridiculous to expect the US to act militarily against Israel. Withhold financial help to Israel? Maybe, but Israel is not known to be so heavily reliant on this financial help that they are forced to end their military campaign in Lebanon, which is an action they perceive is counter to their security needs. Sanctions? I don't think the US would do that. What else are the ways that the US can rein in Israel? And in the absence of a mechanism (and the will) to rein in Israel, wasn't it foolish of the US to have this part be in the terms of the deal with Iran?

  2. You know, I can’t help but realise why Iran wants nukes so bad. How on earth can Iran guarantee their own safety with a loose cannon like Israel nearby that even America can’t manage

  3. 2/3of weapons from United States but they don’t agree with the United States. United when to war to protect them but they disagree with United States

  4. It's a double cross and a betrayal by Israel. It claims not to be bound by the MOU but it was Netanyahu who convinced US to start this war. Now it wants to continue to destroy the world economy in order to illegally invade Lebanon.

  5. Iran made it clear that the Strait of Hormuz would close again, or remain closed, as long as they and Lebanon were being attacked by either the US or Israel. Trump may have stopped his attacks but Netanyahu continues to attack Lebanon despite Trumps appeal to Israel end their conflict. Trump backing Netanyahu war against Iran and Lebanon has loosed a 'dragon' that Trump cannot put back in the box.
