Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists, commonly known as weight-loss injections, mimic a natural hormone to regulate appetite and blood sugar levels. Originally developed to treat type 2 diabetes, medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are increasingly prescribed for clinical weight management. Pharmaceutical developers are now advancing oral pill alternatives, aiming to offer a more accessible daily treatment option that could reduce manufacturing costs and ease supply chain shortages associated with injectable devices.
- GLP-1 receptor agonists slow stomach emptying and signal fullness to the brain to help reduce overall calorie intake.
- Clinical trials show that injectable GLP-1 medications can result in average weight reductions of 15% to 20%.
- Development of daily oral pills aims to eliminate the need for refrigeration and weekly needle injections.
- Gastrointestinal symptoms, including nausea, vomiting, and constipation, are the most frequently reported side effects.
- Global demand continues to outpace supply, driving efforts to expand manufacturing capabilities worldwide.

Mr President-
Hey Beeb, I chose to rely on your broadcasting for advice regarding vaccines. Can you give some updates about the Covid jabs, how many boosters I should have taken by now etc?
How about a little diet and moderate exercise? People are so lazy. 😮
Being overweight is now firmly established as a "disease" and therefore people with this "illness" are demanding treatment from the NHS, at a time when it is already on the verge of collapse from chronic underfunding, as these same people kept voting for tax cuts over public spending.
Andy harper dragged to deathbed 😂😂😂😂😂😂 love it

Ultimately, neither work in the long run as they don't involve any genuine self sacrifice. Best wishes 🙏
My GP wants to put me on it wegovey should i?
If i had high cholesterol or high BP or fatty liver disease these all cost NHS money .
People aren't excluded to these everyone gets them who needs them.
So NHS chooses a BMI over 35 which is still classed as obese are excluded. This is what i just don't get … why or how they exclude people.from what i have heard diabetes is the key to getting it from NHS.
Thanks for this video, it was very helpful. I especially like the term ‘food noise’. That is my experience of being obsessed by food while I was trying to lose weight or keep it off. For me exercise is so helpful, but as I get older that can be difficult. I have recently started using a series of exercises from the British Heart Foundation, I find them easy to do, they take only 10 minutes and it’s free. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who doesn’t have much time or money or both ❤
The fact that this video exists and exists as acceptable demonstrates everything that is wrong with society. Or you could see it as another scam to funnel off public money into the private sector, whatever.
Unless you have a medical issue, then you need to eat less and move more. It’s simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Discipline and self determination doesn’t come in a box. Not against an assist to get going but you need a mindset and lifestyle change for your own sake
