The increase reflects growing concerns among international investors about the stability of energy supplies in the Middle East. As tensions escalate between Washington and Tehran, market benchmarks like Brent crude have seen notable price hikes, driven by the possibility of conflict and potential disruptions to major shipping routes in the region.

  • President Donald Trump indicated that the U.S. is prepared to target Iranian sites if American assets or personnel are attacked.

  1. Trump is an oil salesman, he earn commission with rising oil price. Oil lobby paid him fund. He has successfully turn useless missile in storage into oil sales by bombing Iran to make Iran bomb gulf state, turn middle east into fire crater to rise oil price. Trump need those money urgently because of midterm election.

  2. I can see nations having to make their own deals with Iran for safe passage of their ships. Nobody except the US and Israel want war leaving them little choice but to pursue unilateral diplomatic solutions, NATO is in critical condition, Trump has sided with Putin and forsaken Ukraine, the world is fragmented, the US economy is tanking all because the US elected a mad man

  3. Everyone is forgetting Israel in this war for no reason.
The USA taxpayer will continue to subsidise the Israel lifestyle and they will not care about the problems other countries will experience as they keep going with their bombing of Iranian infrastructure.

  4. Seriously can his health last much longer? His own government won't stop him. Here in Canada we are financially hitting him, the rest of the world needs to cut him off at the knees.

  5. Democratic leaders around the world need to stop holding their tongues and condemn this man who is out of control. Trump has 33 months left in office and he is sinking further into a self delusional bubble.

  6. Trump caused the Hormuz problem he needs to sort it out he's trying to pass the buck and he knows he can't send his navy through because they will be blown to bits by Iranian drones fired from the coast line with no time to shoot them down and he now wants other countries to be cannon fodder instead trump has the responsibility to to sort this out because he caused it so Mr trump it's down to you and the world can see what your trying to do by passing the buck for your own mistakes

  7. The man said NOTHING new last night and the media morons are debating ad nauseum the nothingness he said. What a terrible, useless, unproductive job to have…and he just LOVES taking up people's time and energy.
