I think the only road to redemption and forgiveness for anyone is 1) sincere remorse and proof you are getting medical attention including counselling, and 2) time -so that anyone you have ever wronged can even start to trust you again. The issue with modern culture is exactly this. Politicians and celebrities get away with horrible actions and it simply becomes a social media feud, which helps no one.

I around 2012-2017 as a teen/ young adult I used to watch Kanye interviews as entertainment to see him “crash out” but in hindsight we were watching someone deteriorate and exhibit signs of mental instability/ mental health crises but we all found it funny when he was talking about Bush, Taylor Swift, fashion and Walt Disney.
