The cathay revamp look much more worst… im not sure if proper study put in place. Honestly more and more SG mall are loosing tenant and there is no unique tenant mix. We only see the same chinese restaurant, same fast food, same retail store in every mall. What else to shop in SG mall? Every SG mall built on brutalist shopping experience and spaces dont feel relax but forced to see same boring key tenant.
