Good information, but are there any German locals to share their experience with the heat? Very limited footage.
While France is having emergency meetings with the president on a daily basis, in Germany life goes on as usual. I miss a statement of the chancellor regarding the heat wave. Or is he just missing out on it, because he's sitting in air conditioned rooms all day?
This better be a lesson for those climate change deniers. I'm from California, and even for us it's high, and it's always hot in California and the Southwest of the USA, and the Northern parts of Mexico. Please keep hydrated.
And Donald Trump rejects climate change, World is in hands of power greedy politicians and greedy billionaires all over world ignoring nature almost in every country. Nature will not forgive this.
why does all this weather reporting, across multiple outlets, come off like playful puff pieces? All cute smiling and jokes. Irritating

There are less people dying now of climate related events/causes than ever thanks to science, technology and innovation – driven by capitalism.
NINE times more people die globally of COLD than of heat.

The older apartment buildings in Berlin have no air conditioning. This is to protect the power grid. Evaporative cooling is one way to solve this proble.

I have been drinking coffee and tea the last week and im not feeling the heat neither is my cat , want to know my trick? Lock down your home , no curtains open no windows open . Sun and UV rays bake your room within and traps hot air inside and having windows open allow more hot air to come in trapping more hot air inside , we are blessed to have thick walls so keep the cool inside.
Seeding for Rain to cool down ,drier air is more unbearable than humid equatorial heat.
Germans dont use air conditioners at home at all, also due to the horrendous electricity costs nowadays, thanks to the previous government which abandoned cheap nuclear energy.
U people r feeling so hot here in India the temperature is 40 degrees every day 40 degrees is a common thing here, I m proud to be an Indian, that my skin is stronger than the European people 😂
The real reason : We must reduce dependence on fossil fuels for the survival of the planet, but millions of ordinary people also survive economically because of those industries. That is not hypocrisy – that is the complexity of real civilization. But if discussion never evolves into policy, institutional reform, economic transition, education, rehabilitation, or long-term planning, then society remains emotionally reactive rather than solution-oriented.
West midlands England feels fresh now 🔥💚🙏
Its 48 today in lahore Pakistan and its ok
My family has several large pieces of jade; they help cool the room. Even inexpensive jade works.

Solar panels power AC's during the day. AC's can do both cooling and heating. Nordic/Cold Units: Heat to -30°C; cool to 46°C.
She should also wear fans around her neck and around her waist blowing air into her shirt for cooling. That likely will solve the heat problem.
Come to Sweden (schweden) for coolcation 😁🇸🇪🩵🇩🇪
My sons in Germany he said he’s never experienced heat like it 🔥
We are not treating it as an emergency. The government just cut funds for heat resilience measures to give more money to billionaires.
Look at god
Everything is a health emergency now. It's pretty simple to combat heat. Fans, AC, trees for shade, drink water, wear hats, use an umbrella for shade, it's really not complicated.
