The progressive judges are the ones that believe that it’s OK to change the meaning of the laws to what they believe aligns with their personal beliefs. You rarely see Sotomayor or Jackson vote differently than the Democrats agenda. Judge Kagan is the only progressive that sometimes tries to respect the law as written in cases with political angles. The conservative judges frequently side against the Republican agenda, just as they did today in the birthright citizenship case. Robert’s, Kavanaugh, Coney Barret have voted against Trump multiple times. Gorsich voted against Trump today. So no, facts are quite the opposite of what this thread is saying.
