  1. Trump has been recommended for Nobel Peace Prize again, as he has ended the Iran War eight times before in less than 6 months . With this new one, he surely should be recognized for the number of attempts.

  2. Has anyone told Iran negotiations are going to begin without them?

Trump is delusional. The only settlement is the USA gives up on the middle east and Israel. It's unlikely Iran will negotiate. The rules will be made explicit by kinetic actions.

  3. OMG you guys still don't understand Trump and all his lies. You know he manipulates the markets every couple of weekends. The stockpile of missiles is depleting and he does not have much more without leaving the States naked. He can drop the mother of all bombs like he did in Afghanistan in his first term, but Iran is not Afghanistan. This man has no plan but waiting it out. Stop taking his words for gospel.

  4. The interviewer's focus on who has influence (Israel or SA) and who Trump listens to is a bit beside the point. Maybe Trump thinks somewhat in those terms (who is important enough to have sway), but more concrete are the facts the guest laid out: that Iran would almost certainly retaliate horizontally, destroying Gulf energy and desalination infrastructure, which would be a humanitarian and economic disaster for US allies. Playing up the popularity contest angle instead of the predictable real stakes for Iran and its neighbours is not helpful for the audience, or conducive to future diplomacy.
