Well, if we're going to blame Ukraine, how about we establish a motive first? Why would that gas pipeline be a legitimate target? I don't think either the EU or Ukraine know what's so significant about the target, hence why I overwhelmingly think it's Putin behind this (never mind the toeing-the-gray-area typical for him), but if anyone outside of Bulgaria knew about the schemes behind the pipeline… actually they still wouldn't do anything.
