The Artemis II crew is entering the final phases of preparation for their mission to orbit the Moon, marking a significant milestone in NASA’s lunar exploration program. Comprised of four astronauts, the team is currently undergoing intensive training to test the Orion spacecraft’s life-support systems and operational procedures. This mission represents the first crewed flight to the lunar vicinity in over fifty years and serves as a vital precursor to future surface landings. The crew remains focused on technical readiness and safety as they prepare for the historic ten-day flight.
- The Artemis II mission is designed to send four astronauts on a trajectory around the Moon to test human deep-space exploration capabilities.
- The crew includes Commander Reid Wiseman, Pilot Victor Glover, and Mission Specialists Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen.
- Training exercises currently involve rigorous simulations of the Orion spacecraft’s manual piloting and navigation systems.
- The mission will evaluate the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket’s performance during a crewed launch for the first time.
- Successful completion of this flight is required before the Artemis III mission can attempt to land humans on the lunar surface.
- The mission is currently scheduled for launch in late 2025 following technical reviews and safety preparations.

This is worth the debt slavery of humanity! INIT!!!
why cant they record a smooth video and send them back to earth more than just broken live videos ?
Meanwhile on earth, Israel and the USA cause irreparable harm
Coxy will be over the Moon 😂
Absolute rubbish 😂 and stop with this 1972 bs too, nobody is buying
What happens if they failed to loop round?
So proud of the crew and thousands of support engineers and workers. Godspeed.
it's 2026 and we still get choppy and low quality videos 🤣
Stop saying,,,for the first time, Apollo went into orbit and saw the far side for half of each orbit.
😂😂😂
@1:45 "..since 1972.. human beings have left earth orbit for the first time.." ??
Is this true?
Baa 🐑🐑🐑
I envy them. They are so far from this world.
<3
Why did NASA choose to send this mission during the new moon? Its far side is going to be in the shadow.
Not quite correct. If you haven't even reached the moon yet, then you SURELY haven't left Earth's orbit; the moon is IN Earth's orbit. You've simply crossed the center of gravity between the two bodies onto the side where the moon's influence is stronger, allowing it to start pulling you in. The Earth definitely still has influence long past the point where the moon is.
Yeah, fly around the far side and visit the alien base!
Can someone please explain to me how the Earth is now a little dot to them yet when we look at the moon from here it looks way bigger than a dot and it's a lot smaller than Earth? I smell BULLSHIT!
Never been to the moon, all a farce for distraction…
Listen to Buzz tell the truth “it never happened” but at the time he was a crew member just like these actors..

Hey Musk….. this is how you do it….😂😂
I am proud of you. ❤
So when are we going to get a full image of earth 🌎 from a distance
Show us the earth never mind the moon omg
Hope they don’t come back. Tired of humanity. Destroyed Earth and now they’re seeking out other places to exploit. They can’t wait to start mining on moon. Wtf.
