Firstly he needs to get his head out of the North and realise that Actually its the South West that receives the least government funding and its been that way for 40 years. NOt the North west , MIdlands of North East, But the South West . Secondly he has to secure the under 40s vote and that means going back to his original stance of taking us back into Europe.
