Swings and roundabouts I guess. I'm born a bread a Swansea boy who now lives in Chicago. Every summer we come home to Gower or Mumbles and rent somewhere to stay. Spend our 'tourist money' on ice-cream and the local community and visit granny. We could not do this without the rental market, my American born son would not have the opportunity to visit the beautiful SSSI I was lucky to grow up in, or the beaches I love to call home. I understand the concern but you are blinded if you think it is just an 'us and them' issue with England – people visit from all over the globe.
