None of them have ever been forced to deal with AI customer service. I don’t think they even understand customer service. The one place a company needs a human interaction is customer service.

Using AI short-circuits critical thinking, especially when people checking its output are increasingly forced to work faster to try to keep up with how quickly AI can generate slop. Youth should learn how to think critically about what AI spits out before learning to rely on AI.
