  1. Welcome to BANANA REPUBLIC OF GENERALISTAN…The S.C orders to transfer IMRAN KHAN to AL-shifa international hospital until 16th sep to conduct all test and provide his medical reports to court on next hearing and that should have to take place with in 2 working days….the government didn't obey direct court orders of transferring him to shifa hospital but also delayed the procedure of shifting….😢😢😢

  3. A higher court can give verdict, issue orders and make decisions in matters where law of the land is being violating. But and it is a big BUT the executive pillar of a state follow the court orders and must implement the court orders. It always depends on the level of executives or rulers that they are morally accept the responsibilities towards implementing the courts orders. It is responsibility of people of a state to bring into power executives having good morale character.
