  1. NEPAL paid the price for someone else mistake. These CO2 emmision counttry should adress their responsibility for the climate change and compensate Nepal with needed fund to establish INfrastructure. THis world is interconnected. the exploded OIl Depo , Missile have equally contributed to affect Green Hause and World Ecology. So it should not be regarded as any Aid or Loan , it should be the Climate CHange COmpensation triggered by CO2 Emission.
