Iran Issues Counter-Proposal for Ceasefire Negotiations with the United States

Date:

Iran has signaled its support for a ceasefire proposal aimed at ending the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon. During a visit to Beirut, Iranian envoy Ali Larijani expressed backing for the Lebanese government’s negotiations while reviewing a U.S.-drafted plan. The proposal seeks a 60-day cessation of hostilities and the implementation of UN Resolution 1701. However, significant sticking points remain, particularly regarding the composition of an international monitoring committee and Israel’s demand for the right to intervene if the agreement is violated.

  • The United States has submitted a draft ceasefire proposal to Lebanese officials to end the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah.
  • Iran has indicated it will support the Lebanese government’s decision regarding the proposal, following a high-level diplomatic visit to Beirut.
  • The draft includes a 60-day truce and requires the withdrawal of Israeli forces from southern Lebanon.
  • Under the proposed terms, Hezbollah would move its forces north of the Litani River, allowing the Lebanese army to secure the border region.
  • Disagreements persist over the formation of an international committee to oversee the truce, with Lebanon expressing concerns over the inclusion of certain nations.
  • A primary point of contention is Israel’s demand for the right to act militarily if the deal is breached, which Lebanon and Hezbollah view as a violation of sovereignty.

Unconditional ceasefire rejected. The 5 day unilateral ceasefire by the Donald by ballastic missiles attack on the CVN Abraham Lincoln strike group.

Looks like future of oil industry reorganising will be conducted in various manner. Likely more parties will get involved. (British commonwealth, and of course the Russian alliance -they say to be NOT INVOLVED in the current US IRAN war)

    👽👮‍♂️

  2. These are peace terms of the same pattern as in Ukraine, where Russia was required to complete surrender, self-punishment, self-harm, self-reflection, admission of guilt and repentance, without a reality check-fight.

  3. America shows its power over every country "The whole world is not America, its fatherland or its fourteenth group, so America creates wars for no reason." Why? Just as every person wants to live their own freedom, every country must have its own freedom, why does America show its power over all countries? Why? Every human race will have the hope that all countries will have equal rights..?

  4. THE US SHOULD DECLARE VICTORY AND WITHDRAW FROM THE WAR WITH IRAN (IF IRAN CONTINUES TO DEVELOP NUCLEAR WEAPONS, THE US WILL ATTACK IRAN AGAIN).

-There needs to be a nuclear weapons-free agreement in the Middle East (including Israel, Saudi Arabia, IRAN and Saudi Arabia).

-Iran should pursue a foreign policy of friendship with countries like Vietnam, to have time to develop

    – Iran should allow oil tankers from Asia and Africa to pass through Homus (to avoid giving the US, UK, and Japan a pretext to coordinate an attack on Homus).

    – Iran should expand freedom and democracy for its people. (Religion should only be an advisor; only the Iranian Parliament and Government have real power.)

    – ran should sign a nuclear weapons non-development treaty with the US and only enrich uranium to 20% (monitored by the International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA).

  5. The USA can’t be trusted. They unilaterally break too many deals, not only with their own indigenous nations, but also the UN and Geneva Convention deals. It seems the USA unilaterally reverses course whenever it suits them.
